The Community Concourse has a full kitchen; restrooms, and an open seating area.  The concourse facility is conveniently located at 1402 H Street.

2023 Fees:
Deposit: $100 due within 2 business days of booking the facility. 
Rental: $100 due when the key is picked up for the rental. 

• If there is no damage and the key is returned on time renters will receive their deposit back the following month after their rental after our monthly Park Board Meeting.

• 10- 8' tables
• 64- folding chairs
